DAY 1 Val d'Orcia
Individual arrival to Chiusi/ Chianciano Terme Station for group transfer to farm holiday accommodation situated near the town of San Quirico d'Orcia in the Val d'Orcia. 

DAY 2 Floating along the Crete ride
The first ride is through the magic of the Crete Senesi. This area dubbed the 'Tuscan desert' with its softly barren spaces reflecting that of a silent sea of land. On the journey you visit the beautiful Benedictine monastery of Monte Oliveto Maggiore, sited in one of the most outstanding tracts of Sienese countryside.

DAY 3 Montalcino and the King of Italian Wine: Brunello di Montalcino
Today's riding excursion unravels in the classic Tuscan hilltop town of Montalcino, world famous for its exceptional red wine 'Brunello di Montalcino' which can only be produced in this area. The ride ends with a cellar visit and wine tasting including a typical cold lunch right among the barrels of Brunello.

DAY 4 Bagno Vignoni Loop Walk: Thermal Spas and Relaxation Tuscan Style
Give your 'seats' a rest today and participate in a guided walk to the nearby village of Bagno Vignoni which is famous for the thermal spring positioned in its centre measuring

DAY 5 Hamlets and Castles of Montalcino
A relaxing riding excursion immersed in the vineyards and medieval atmosphere of Montalcino.  Discover ancient hamlets and castles which dot the surrounding hills, here it seems that time has stopped inviting a slower rhythm to appreciate and enjoy the wonders of this unique territory.

DAY 6 Montepulciano and Pienza: Wine and Cheese
This itinerary explores the hilltop towns of Montepulciano and Pienza offering views over Umbria and Southern Tuscany. A visit to an old wine cellars in historical Montepulciano and cheese producers of the world famous Pecoino di Pienza is included as part of the ride.

DAY 7 Chiusi/ Farewell

Day 1-7 Val D'Orcia
The rooms are furnished using old farm furniture, some of which are real antiques. The rooms look out over the surrounding countryside with views of Pienza and Monte Amiata. There is also a freshwater lake to swim in or relax by after a long day of riding.
