Location
Situated in Bellagio, in the locality of San Giovanni. This old fishing village just 950m from Bellagio's centre, a unique and classic setting whose quaint city streets make you think you've walked into another century. 
 
The apartment is situated inside a shared complex which constitutes a splendid lakeside private park (15,000 mq). A variety of rare plant life is scattered amongst the sequoias, cedars, oaks and palms surrounding a large villa dating back to 1615. Today, this villa has been subdivided into lovely apartments. Inside the park, is a splendid pool hidden by the trees and private access path to the beach. The apartment, is entirely removed and independent from the villa; and whilst the surrounding area is communal, more often than not you will find yourself completely alone, whether walking in the park or basking in the sunshine by the pool.
 
The House
The apartment is situated a few metres from the pool and from the private access to the beach. The apartment occupies the complete first floor of a marvelous free-standing stone house built in the Lombard style. The ground floor is the communal Club House; a living room, changing room and showers for those that use the pool. The apartment is approximately 150msq and has a very large living room with a study corner, two bedrooms (and two extra beds), three bathrooms, an eat-in kitchen and a terrace. The apartment is the only one in this house. It should be noted that the pool, the park, and the club house, are rarely visited by the other apartments, consequently, the pool and the park are often empty except for those staying in the apartment.
There are two large and accessible car parking spaces inside the park for guests.
 
The apartment
The private access across the exclusive staircase at the front of the house leads to a large, incredible living room (50 msq), complete with a fireplace and a corner study (with free access to the internet), is illuminated by five windows, with their own fantastic views of the park. Following on is the master bedroom with a private large bathroom, the eat-in kitchen, another bathroom in the hallway, and finally, the terrace complete with furnishings. On the top floor, there is another double room with a private bathroom. The corridor can be transformed into a small bedroom with a private bathroom; two supplementary beds can be made available using a modern solution based on a bunk bed. That way, beds for six people are available in the apartment, plus one cradle to be placed in the master bedroom or in the living room in case of babies up to 1 year old. The apartment is fitted with wireless Internet connection so that you stay connected whether you are in the house, park, or pool. The large living room fireplace in stone creates an unforgettable atmosphere on winter nights.
 
Price per week:
High season: 15 may to 15 september - $5,059.00
Medium season: 15 september to 15 october + 15 december; 15 january + 1 march to 15 may: $4,331.00
Low season: 15 january to 29 february + 15 october to 15 december: $3,458.00
 
Note: if your stay is no longer than a week and includes two different periods, the higher rate will be applied to the whole stay. 
 
Arrival and departure normally take place on Saturdays; however, they can potentially be altered subject to request and for periods less than one week long.
 
The price includes: vat and tax; welcome on arrival and assistance on departure; rent for the entire requested period for up to 6 people (+1 infant up to 1yr old)
reasonable use of water, light, gas, air conditioning, and heating; a change of sheets, pillowcases, and towels for up to 6 people free flat access to the Internet; the use of the private parking lot composed of 2 large parking spaces; access to the park and the pool; initial and final cleaning of the apartment
