The house is situated close to the church San Giorgio degli Schiavoni, famous for the finest paintings of Carpaccio. From the rooms on the third floor you can enjoy spectacular views over the rooftops, the water, the church and the bridge over the characteristic canal.
It is central but still away from multitudes of tourists and, if you explore you will find the tranquil and fascinating neighbourhood of Castello. Here, all is filled with real Venetian life and ideal for discovering Venice from inside. Friendly Marco, who also lives there, will be able to give you instructions and provide you with all the information you need about this city where the past has more meaning than the present.

There are 3 double bedrooms, ranging in size from 16sqm to 24sqm. Breakfast is self-service and is taken in a communal kitchen. The bathroom is shared between 3 rooms.
There is also a separate apartment which consists of living room (with a spare bed), dining room, 2 double bedrooms and bathroom.

Rates range min-max depend from the season from the lenth of the stay, and number of guests. High Season*: from 1st march to 12th november, each week-end, carnival and edge of the year. Closed: August and 7 January till Carnival
